Abstract 文献概要

　健常成人ボランティア6例および閉塞性脳血管障害症例10例に対しtime-resolved projection MRAを施行し，血行動態の評価に対する有用性について検討した。

　Time-resolved projection MRAによって健常成人ボランティアでは，動脈相にて内頸動脈より中大脳動脈（M2 segment）まで描出され，静脈相では主要な深部静脈，脳表静脈および静脈洞が明瞭に描出された。Willis動脈輪を介する側副血行を有する内頸動脈閉塞例では，同側の中大脳動脈の描出は遅延した。Leptomeningeal an-astolnosisを介する側副血行を有する症例では，同側の中大脳動脈は描出されず，また他の血管からの側副血行路も描出できなかった。また，EC／ICバイパス術後の症例では，全例バイパスのpatencyは確認できた。

　Time-resolved projection MRAは閉塞性脳血管障害症例の血行動態の評価は可能であった。

The usefulness for evaluation of cerebral hemody-namics using time-resolved projection MRA was stud-ied in normal volunteers and patients of cerebrovascu-lar diseases. Six normal volunteers and ten patients with cerebrovascular occlusive diseases including 6 of IC occlusion and 4 of post EC, IC bypass surgery un-derwent time-resolved projection MRA on a 1.5 T clinical MRI system. Projection angiograms are ac-quired with 2 D-fast SPGR sequence with a time reso-lution of approximately one image per second, 40 im ages being acquierd consecutively before and after bo-lus injection Gd-DTPA.
