いとぐち

　外傷に起因する頭部の血管疾患としては，内頸動脈海綿洞瘻，脳動脈瘤，中硬膜動静脈瘤，および脳動脈閉塞症などの頭蓋内血管疾患はよく経験するところである。一方，頭蓋外の外傷性血管疾患については，良く知られているにもかかわらず，遭遇することが比較的まれである。

　われわれは最近，頭部外傷後，浅側頭動脈，後頭動脈に認められた動静脈瘻を伴う動脈瘤の2例を経験した。これらの症例は動脈瘤と動静脈瘻の合併例で極めてまれであり，さらに1例は後頭動脈に発生した動脈瘤と動静脈瘻をともに認めた例で文献上末だ報告をみない。

Traumatic arterio-venous fistula of the extracranial segment of the external carotid artery are rare, in addition, traumatic arteriovenous fistulas associated with pseudo-aneurysms are extremely rare and have not been reported yet.

A review of the literature have not shown any instance of an arteriovenous fistula with aneurysm of the scalp to be visualized angiographically.

Becasue of the rarity of these traumatic arterio- venous fistula with aneurysm, we are presenting two cases of the superficial temporal artery and oc- cipital artery, which are also traumatic origin We believe it worth while to call attention to such injuries to facilitate early diagnosis and prompt treatment.
