（1）Kr−1152をてんかん患者24例，その他2例に使用して臨床効果を検討した。効果判定にあたつては，田縁らによる抗てんかん剤効果判定カルテの判定基準を参考にした。
（2）発作型別に対する効果では，大発作群にとくに有効であり，ミクオローヌス発作や精神運動発作にも一部有効な症例が認められた。
（3）脳波の改善は26例中14例に認められたが，これと臨床症状の改善は必ずしも平行しなかつた。
（4）副作用はごく少数例に認められたが，それらで特に重篤なものはなかつた。
1) Kr-1152 was administered on 24 epileptics and 2 other neuropsychiatric patients to investigate its clinical effectiveness. In evaluating this the crite-ria for the evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness of antiepileptics by Taen et al. were used as a reference.
2) The drug was found to be most effective in corn-bating grand mal epilepsy among various types. of seizures, and was also proved to be efficacious in some of the cases with myoclonic and psycho-motor seizures.
3) On 14 of the 26 cases it produced improvement of EEG findings, which, however, did not neces-sarily correlate with that of clinical symptoms.
4) The side effects of the drug were encountered in only a small number of cases and were all minor ones.
