緒言
本症は1880年Bournevilleが癲癇患者の脳剖検に於いて始めて記載した。その後Pringle （1890）が知能低下を伴つた皮脂腺腫を報告し，Bournevilleの結節性脳硬化症と同一疾患である事が明らかにされBourneville-Pringle氏病として注目される様になつた。
本邦に於いては明治35年土肥の第1例が発表されて以来200余例の報告がなされており珍しい疾患ではないが，我々は今回従来の報告に記載の少ない精神運動発作型癲癇を主徴とする本症を経験し，頭部X線像に現れたる石灰化像と脳波学的所見の関連を求め，尚家系調査をして，本例の遺伝形式を調べた。
A patient suffering from tuberous cerebral sclerosis with main indications of psychomo-tor type of epilepsy was admitted and his psychic symptoms, X-ray of the head and electroencephalographic findings were stu-died. Further, family history was investi-gated for heriditary influences and the fol-lowing results were obtained.
1) It was found that psychic symptoms indicated a mixed type of psychic seizure consisting of psychomotor seizure, psychic seizure and automatic seizure by Lennox's clinical classification.
2) An electroencephalographic picture see-mingly correlated with calisfication in the craniogram was obtained.
3) As regards the heriditary-type, prepo-tence through the heriditary background of the patient's family was shown.
