抄録　医療観察法入院処遇においてはクライシス・プラン(CP)が作成されることが慣習となっているが，作成方法が統一化されているわけではない。実態調査ではCPは通院処遇において十分活用されていないことや医療観察法病棟スタッフも作成に困難を抱えていることが明らかになった。そこで，医療観察法病棟スタッフにおいて有効なCP作成を行えることを目的に，クライシス・プラン作成研修プログラムを開発し，その効果を検証した。その結果，研修プログラム実施前よりも実施後のほうがCP作成に関する知識や作成スキルに関する効力感などの向上がみられた。このことから，研修プログラムの有効性が示唆された。

　The Medical Treatment and Supervision Act(MTSA) mandates the creation of a Crisis Plan(CP) for inpatient treatment and rehabilitation of serious offenders with mental health conditions in Japan. However, the method of CP preparation is not standardized. The fact-finding survey revealed ineffective utilization of CPs for outpatient treatment under the MTSA and that the staff involved with inpatient treatment encounter several difficulties in CP creation. Therefore, we developed a training program for the creation of a CP and verified its effectiveness to enable the staff of inpatient treatment units to devise effective CPs. We observed that introduction of the training program improved knowledge of CP creation and skills required to prepare effective CPs, which highlights the effectiveness of the program.
