抄録　クライシス・プラン(CP)は，病状や状態に応じた自己対処や支援者の対応方法をあらかじめまとめた計画書である。本研究の目的は，精神障害者支援にCPを用いた支援事例の類型化とその効果を明らかにすることである。調査方法は，CPを用いて支援した経験を有するソーシャルワーカーを対象とし，インターネット上のアンケートフォームを用いて調査した。分析方法は，支援事例の類型化は非階層クラスター分析，効果の検証は一元配置分散分析を実施した。その結果，CPを用いた支援事例の心理社会的側面における課題の特徴として，7つのクラスターを抽出することができた。さらに，CPを用いることでの効果検証において，CP作成前・CP作成後・CP活用後の3時点における当事者との関係性と関係機関の連携状況に有意な向上が認められた。

　The Crisis Plan(CP) is advance plan that describes self-coping strategy with the patient's condition and treatment strategy by supporters. The purpose of this study is to clarify the typology and effectiveness of cases utilizing crisis plan to treatment for people with psychiatric disabilities. The survey method was conducted using questionnaire form on the internet for social workers who had experience of utilizing crisis plan to treatment. The analysis method were non-hierarchical analysis to categorize treatment cases and one-way analysis of variance to verify the effects. As a result, seven clusters were identified as the characteristics of psychosocial issues in treatment cases utilize CP. Furthermore, in the verification of the effectiveness of utilizing CP, significant improvements were observed in the relationship with the parties concerned and the status of cooperation among relevant organizations at three time points before create CP/ after create CP/ after utilize CP.
