要旨
目的:看護基礎教育でのLearning Management System(LMS)利用推進に向け国内外の先行研究からLMS利用の効果・課題を概説する.
方法:JBI Manual For Evidence Synthesis:Scoping Reviews 2020に基づきスコーピングレビューを行った.CiNii,JDream IIIを用いて設定したPCC(Population,Concept,Context)に対応する2013〜2022年発行の日本語・英語の原著論文を抽出した.LMS利用の効果・課題を示す記述を抽出し,コード化,カテゴリー化した.
結果:30件の文献が得られ,効果はユビキタスな学習,自己学習の促進等6項目,課題は教員の準備や技術支援の不足等14項目のカテゴリーに分類された.
結論:LMS利用の効果・課題を概説し,導入・利用や必要な支援の検討につながる示唆を得た.
Objective: This study aimed to outline the effectiveness and problems of Learning Management System(LMS) use from previous Japanese domestic and international studies for the promotion of LMS use in basic nursing education.
Methods: This scoping review was conducted based on JBI Manual For Evidence Synthesis: Scoping Reviews 2020. CiNii and JDream III were searched, and original articles in Japanese and English published from 2013 to 2022 corresponding to the set PCC(Population, Concept, Context) were targeted. Descriptions indicating the effect and problem of using LMS were extracted from the selected literature and were coded and categorized.
Results: Thirty references were included. The extracted descriptions were coded and classified into six categories, such as "ubiquitous learning" and "promotion of self-learning" for effectiveness. Fourteen categories, including "lack of preparation of teachers" and "lack of technical support" were identified for problems.
Conclusion: The effectiveness and problems of using LMS were outlined. Suggestions were made to enhance consideration of implementation and use and provide necessary support.
