　本研究は日本の精神科診療における患者-医師関係やコミュニケーション，意思決定についてのエビデンスを整理するために，システマティック・レビューを行った。5つの学術データベースおよびハンドサーチの結果，363研究が検索され，7研究が本研究の対象となった。良好な患者-医師関係の構築や患者との良好なコミュニケーションは，サービス満足度や薬物治療に対する態度，診察場面において患者が真実を話すこと，服薬の継続などと関連する可能性がある。他方，対象研究のエビデンスの水準は高くなく，厳密な方法で計画された研究の実施が期待される。また，アドヒアランスや処方内容，処方量などをアウトカムに含めることが望まれる。

　This study systematically reviews the patient-doctor relationship, communication, and decision making in psychiatric clinical examinations in Japan to synthesize evidence. Review of five academic databases and hand-search found 363 relevant studies, and 7 were finally included in this review. Good patient-doctor relationship and communication may be associated with satisfactory services, patients' favorable attitudes towards medication, disclosure of truth in clinical examinations, and continuation of medication. However, the evidence level of the studies included in this review was not high. Further research requires more rigorous methods and the assessment of adherence and prescription as research outcomes.
