　日本の精神保健福祉領域における経済評価の発展のため，本研究は研究対象者が利用する社会保障制度を調査する日本版クライエントサービス受給票（CSRI-J）を開発することを目的とした。翻訳されたCSRI原版を参考に，研究員，臨床スタッフ，行政職員など多分野の専門家によるエキスパート・コンセンサスのもと日本の制度にあった項目を作成した。具体的には，本研究で開発されたCSRI-Jは，1)就労，2)所得と所得保障制度，3)障害者自立支援法におけるサービス，4)精神障害者がよく使用するその他のサービス，5)カルテ/レセプト・データを得にくい機関での医療サービスに関する項目を内包した。

　The current study developed the Client Services Receipt Inventory-Japanese version (CSRI-J), which assesses the amount of social security used by study subjects, in order to promote economic evaluation in the area of mental health in Japan. The items of the CSRI-J were developed by using the Japanese translation version of the original CSRI as a reference and by obtaining consensus among an expert panel comprising researchers, clinical staff, and governmental staff. The CSRI-J covered 1)occupational information, 2)salary and income supports, 3)all the services provided in the Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act, 4)other social services that people with mental health problems are likely to use, and 5)information about the use of psychiatric services in hospitals that researchers were unlikely to gain from the medical records and receipts.
