高血圧患者の血漿心房性ナトリウム利尿ポリペプチド（ANP）濃度

Concentration of plasma atrial natriuretic polypeptide in the patients with hypertension

　心房性ナトリウム利尿ポリペプチド（以下ANP）は，強力な水・Na利尿作用を有し_1,2），体液バランスに重要な役割を果たしていると考えられる。また，最近，心不全・腎不全患者においては，健常対照に比し，その血中濃度は有意に増加していることが報告されており_3〜6），各種病態におけるANPの動態・役割はいっそう注目されてきている。

　しかし，高血圧症に関する報告は動物モデルのそれ_7〜9）に散見されるが，ヒトではNakao et alの外来患者における報告_10）をみるのみである。

To clarify the role of the plasma atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) in various hypertensive diseases, plasma ANP levels were determined in essential hyper-tensives, malignant hypertensives and those patients with primary aldosteronism. All subjects were hospitalized and placed on a diet containing 120mEq of Na and 75mEq of K per day. Plasma ANP levels were significantly higher in essential hypertensives, malignant hyperten-sives and those patients with primary aldosteronism than in normotensives. From these results, it seems unlikely that ANP plays an important role on the etiology of these hypertensive diseases.
