学童期におけるBicycle Ergometer Exercise中の心血管反応

Cardiovascular response during bicycle ergometer exercise in children

　現在，運動負荷試験は冠動脈疾患の診断や運動許容量，内科および外科的処置の有効性の評価などに多く利用されている。しかし，先天性心疾患やその術後の小児についての情報は少ない。心疾患児の運動は，その管理やリハビリテーションに重要であり，また学校での体育教科に対する指導の為にも，運動中の血行動態を非観血的方法で知る必要がある。この目的の為に私達はBicycleergometer exerciseを施行した。

The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the hemodynamic responses during exercise in children. The bicycle ergometer exercise was used as a stress test, which was important in the manage-ment of the children with cardiac diseases. All subjects of this study were 62 boys, who were patients with cardiac diseases and controls. The cardiac parameters, such as STI, SV, %SV, CO, %CO, blood pressure and others during and after exercise, were obtained by the impedance cardio-graphy. It was suggested that each parameter reflected the hemodynamic responses by exercise and the combination of those parameters was also helpful to decide the working capacity of the patient. However, it should be reminded that the physical and emotional condition of the patient might infulence the results in the clinical evaluation of those parameters.
