市販クリスタル・イヤホーンを利用する心尖拍動図用—トランスデューサーについて

はじめに

　心尖拍動図は，心音図の時相識別用曲線　（reference　tracing）として，大きな価値が認められており^1）〜8），ときには，その波形も診断の対象となる^{1）2）5）6）8）〜17）}。したがって，心音計の普及とともに，本法も普及されて然るべきであるが，わが国の現状は必ずしもそうではない。これは曲線自体の有用性が十分認識されていないのも一因であるが，同時に，装置に関する知識が十分でなく，その入手法，価格，あるいは既設の増幅記録器との適合性などに懸念がもたれていることも，普及をさまたげる一因と考えられる。

　われわれは，種々の測定系を用いて，心尖拍動図の記録法を検討しているが，今回，市販のクリスタル・イヤホーンを利用して，最も簡単で，かつ，十分な性能をもつトランスデューサーを自作したので，その経験を報告する。

A crystal pick-up device was described for recording the apexcardiogram. The de-vice consists of the commercial crystal ear-phone with a shunt condencer, as illustrated in Fig. 1. This pick-up is easily constructed, not expensive and is well used with the standard electrocardiograph. Some of the technical property of the device are given in Fig. 2. As shown, the pick-up has the sufficient performance for the recording oflow-frequency vibration of the precordium.
