Three Cases of Congenital Mitral Insufficiency

緒言

　先天性僧帽弁異常は，とくに心内膜床欠損にはしばしば合併してみられる。しかし，その他の心奇形に合併したり，あるいは単独におこることは比較的まれである。

　われわれはこのような3剖検例を経験したので，これらを含み新分類を提唱する。

Congenital anomalies of the mitral valve are most often associated with partial in-complete endocardial cushion defects. But, those as isolated and associated with the other cardiac anomalies have been considered rare malformations. Besides, various patho-logical findings have been found in congenital mitral insufficiency in the previous literature.

We have had the opportunity to study them in the autopsy. We present the clinical and pathological findings in three cases.
