遊走性抗原提示細胞の異常から考えるCrohn病の病態

Pathogenesis of Crohn's Disease Based on Abnormalities of Migrating Antigen-presenting Cells

要旨●Crohn病では，類上皮細胞肉芽腫，リンパ管異常，三次リンパ組織の過形成などの比較的特徴的な組織学的所見がみられる．また肉芽腫はリンパ管内や三次リンパ組織内にもしばしば認められるが，その性質や意義はよくわかっていない．これらの構造物に免疫学的な解析や考察を行ったところ，類上皮細胞肉芽腫が抗原提示細胞であり，Crohn病における異常に活性化した獲得免疫の惹起に関連している可能性が示された．

　Crohn's disease demonstrates relatively characteristic histologic results, including epithelial cell granulomas, lymphatic vessel abnormalities, and tertiary lymphoid structure hyperplasia. Furthermore, granulomas are frequently observed within lymphatic vessels and tertiary lymphoid tissue, but their characteristics and biological significance remain unclear. Immunological analysis and discussion of these structures indicate that the granulomas are antigen-presenting cells and may be related to the elicitation of abnormally activated acquired immunity in Crohn's disease.
