要旨●本邦では小児の一次性好酸球性食道炎（EoE）の報告はまだ少ないが，他疾患に続発したEoEを筆者らはしばしば経験している．特に，先天性食道閉鎖および食道狭窄術後に関連したEoEを経験しており，本病態の解析はEoEの病態解明にもつながると考えている．今回，筆者らは先天性食道狭窄およびその手術に続発したEoEを経験した．総論的な内容を含め報告する．

　Till date, there have been only few reports on primary EoE（eosinophilic esophagitis）in Japanese children. However, we experienced EoE secondary to other disorders, especially anastomotic stricture after esophageal atresia and/or stenosis repair. Elucidating the pathogenesis of secondary EoE may provide clues about the underlying cause of primary EoE. Here we report the case of a patient with EoE associated with congenital esophageal stenosis and its postoperative anastomotic stricture and review secondary EoE related to congenital esophageal abnormalities.
