⑨Borrmann1型様の形態を示した胃悪性リンパ腫の1例

Malignant Lymphoma Showing Borrmann1 Type Gastric Cancer-like Features

　Borrmann1型様の形態を示した胃悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，主にX線，内視鏡，切除標本の肉眼所見および組織学的所見について供覧する．

　症　例

　患　者：58歳，女．

　主　訴：心窩部痛．

　家族歴：特になし．

　既往歴：脈絡膜上皮腫で手術（29歳）．

　現病歴：3カ月ほど前より，左側腹部の鈍痛があり，最近では心窩部痛となった．主に，空腹時に痛むことが多く，食事によって痛みは軽減していたという．近医を受診し，胃X線検査の結果，胃腫瘤を指摘され，治療の目的で国立がんセンターを紹介された．1969年10月2日入院となる．

　The patient, a 58 year-old female, suffered from dull pain of the upper left abdomen for three months and diagnosed as gastric radiography, and referred to our hospital for treatment in October, 1969. Here, a gastric x-ray and an endoscopic examination were performed and diagnosed as a Borrmann 1 type gastric cancer and surgically treated. Fresh resected specimen showed a curious large tumor with gross lobulation on the greater curvature of the body. Histologically, reticulosarcoma of pheomorphic type (large lymphoid cell type by Rappaport) was confirmed. Fortunately she is alive now, 1980.
