要旨 肛門梅毒の2症例を報告した．第1例は梅毒第2期に発生する丘疹すなわち扁平コンジローマで，第2例は肛門性交の結果発生した初期硬結で，梅毒性裂肛とも称すべきものである．特に第2例は近年増加している同性愛者であって，その病像は極めて特異である．非梅毒性の裂肛と鑑別を要するため局所所見を詳述した．また，原因菌であるTreponema Pallidumの検出についてはParker ink法が優秀であることを述べ，その注意を記した．肛門梅毒は日常診療の中で散見される疾患であり，将来増加すると思われるので慎重な観察が必要である．
Clinical change of anal syphilis has peculiarities. The author reported two cases of anal syphilis, the former was condyloma latum of secondary syphilis, and the latter was chronic anal fissure of the primary syphilitic infection due to homosexual behavior.
The peculiar clinical symptoms in the above cases were investigated, and the method used for finding Treponema pallidum was described.
Serological examination and detection of Treponema pallidum is necessary for diagnosis of this disease with certainty.
