胃グロームス腫瘍と平滑筋腫併存の1例

Coexistence of Glomus Tumor and leiomyoma in the Same Stomach, a Case Report

　胃内視鏡検査の発達普及と共に，胃粘膜下腫瘍に関する報告が著増しているが，胃グロームス腫瘍についての報告は，わが国では庄司¹⁾（1962年）より柴田²⁾まで（1969年）10例を数えるに過ぎない．筆者らはこのたび2個の胃粘膜下腫瘍を同一胃に認め，1個はグロームス腫瘍であり他は平滑筋腫であった例を経験したので報告する．

　The patient: 58-year-olcl female

Chief complaints: anorexia, loss of weight and sense of weakness.

　The patient was admitted to hospital because these complaints became more intense since a few months ago. In the general physical examination

　only anemia was apparent. X-ray findings of the stomach: In upright, frontal view an abnormal round shadow was seen in the upper corpus, while in the first oblique position a hemispheric abnormal shadow protruding from the anterior wall of the upper corpus into the gastric lumen was recognized.

Endoscopic findings: A tumor of smooth surface was seen on the anterior wall of the upper corpus. Of hemispheric shape, it was broad-based without any engorgement, bleeding, erosion or ulceration. Another abnormal protuberance was also observed on the anterior wall in the pyloric antrum. It was also of smooth surface without any bleeding or erosion.

These two tumors were excised by surgical operation. Histologically, the one proved to be a glomus tumor and the other, leiomyoma.
