⑥盲腸の穿孔（魚骨）による膿瘍から波及した炎症により形成されたと思われる回腸終末部のビラン性病変の1例

A Case of an Inflammatory Tumor Formation in the Caecum Due to an Accidentally-swallowed Fish Bone

　最近われわれは魚骨片が回盲部より穿通し，炎症性腫瘤を形成した症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する．

症　例

　患　者：中○　渉　48歳　ジャーナリスト

　家族歴・既往歴：特記すベき事項なし

　現病歴：1976年7月25日午後より下腹部膨満感が生じ，数日後より右下腹部に約5分間隔で数秒間の激痛を感ずるようになり，同時に同部位の鶏卵大の腫瘤に気付いた．8月4日鹿児島市立病院消化器内科受診．注腸X線検査の結果，盲腸に数コの憩室および同腸終末部の潰瘍性病変を指摘され入院した．

　A 48-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of the tender mass and pain of the right-lower abdomen.

　Barium enema and barium-filled pictures showed several nodules and small ulcerative lesions in the terminal ileum and the deformity and niche-like shadow of the caecum.

　The resected specimen showed the adhesion between the caecum and the terminal ileum and a tiny fish bone was found in the adhered region.

　It also showed several nodules and erosions accompanied with mucosal atrophy in the terminal ileum.

　Histologically, several fistulas were found between the peri-cecal abscess and the mucosa of the terminal ileum.
