要旨 当院で検査され外科的に切除された胃癌から腸上皮化生のない胃底腺領域の分化型癌を8例を抽出し，同領域の未分化型癌と鑑別可能な特徴像の有無について検討した．(1)その頻度は，全胃癌1,859例の0.43％，分化型腺癌948例の0.84％であった．(2)隆起型もしくは隆起主体型が6例を占め，同領域の分化型癌の特徴像と思われた．(3)陥凹型は2例であったが，X線・内視鏡検査での未分化型癌との鑑別は困難と思われた．
We reviewed eight cases of differentiated type gastric cancer devoid of intestinal metaplasia in the fundic gland area, and discussed their characteristics available for differential diagnosis from undifferentiated-type cancer in the same area.
1) The proportion of such cancers was 0.43% of 1,859 cases of total gastric cancers, and 0.84% of 948 cases of differentiated-type cancer.
2) Elevated-type or the type mainly consisiting of elevated portion were found in six cases, and these were considered to be characteristic of differentiated-type cancer in the fundic gland area.
3) Depressed-type was two cases, and to discern from undifferentiated type cancer was difficult.
