要旨　大腸悪性リンパ腫は比較的まれな腫瘍であるが，その多彩な所見よりX線診断や内視鏡診断は困難な場合がある．癌との鑑別には粘膜下腫瘍様の立ち上がりを有すること，腫瘍の硬さに乏しいことなどが挙げられるが，炎症との鑑別は困難であり，特に潰瘍性大腸炎との鑑別は困難である．鑑別すべき疾患のX線・内視鏡的特徴と実際の症例を詳細に比較検討することで，その診断の一助になると考えられる．

　Primary colorectal lymphoma is a relatively rare disease, and it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis because of its various radiographic and endoscopic features. The points of difference compared with colorectal cancers are the peripheral surface mimicking submucosal tumors and the softness of the tumors. But it is difficult to distinguish colorectal lymphoma with inflammation, especially in cases with ulcerative colitis. We should compare cases with the definite radiographic and endoscopic features of cancer and other inflammations, this will help us to diagnose colorectal lymphomas.
