・アレルギー反応に伴い急性冠症候群をきたすまれな病態として，Kounis症候群が知られる．また，アレルギー反応に伴い脳卒中をきたす症例も知られている．
・今回われわれは，寒冷蕁麻疹からアナフィラキシーショックに至り，頭蓋内主幹動脈の急性閉塞を続発した1例を経験した．
