Key Points and Issues of the Guidelines for Infant and Adult Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders (EGIDs)

要　旨

2020年，本邦の厚生労働省好酸球性消化管疾患研究班より「幼児・成人好酸球性消化管疾患診療ガイドライン」が発表され，今後好酸球性消化管疾患診療の標準化と進歩が期待されている。好酸球性食道炎に関してはエビデンスレベルの高い文献がある一方で，好酸球性胃腸炎については十分なエビデンスがないのが現状であり，今後本邦を中心とした臨床データの集積が期待される。

　Guidelines for the treatment of infant and adult eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders (EGIDs) were published in 2020. Standardization and progress in the treatment of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders are expected in the future. We have outlined the diagnostic criteria, severity classification, and treatment of the guidelines in this article. While a high level of evidence has been reported for eosinophilic esophagitis, there is insufficient evidence for eosinophilic gastroenteritis. It is expected that Japan will play a central role in establishing high-quality evidence for eosinophilic gastroenteritis.
