胃腸管にリンパ球の腫瘍性増殖よりなるポリープが,びまん性に多発する疾患は,multiple lymphomatous polyposisと呼ばれ,消化管の悪性リンパ腫の一部で,まれな疾患とされている.大半がmantle cell lymphomaであると考えられていたが,follicular lymphoma(FL)やmucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT)などの症例も報告されている.
