安全な鎮静のための院内鎮静指針作成と運用について

Creation and Operation of Hospital Sedation Guidelines for Safe Sedation

要旨

　2018年に米国麻酔科学会より処置時の中等度鎮静を対象としたガイドライン（practice guidelines for sedation and analgesia by non-anesthesiologists：ASA-SED2018）が発表され，わが国においても処置時の鎮静における安全な体制整備が求められている。当院における検査や処置時の鎮静指針作成と運用について紹介する。

　In 2018, the American Society of Anesthesiologists published guidelines for moderate sedation during procedures（practice guidelines for sedation and analgesia by non-anesthesiologists：ASA-SED2018）. The guidelines call for a safe system for sedation. We introduce the development of sedation guidelines at our hospital and the development of sedation systems for adults and children.
