Endoscopy-Assisted Breast Reconstruction Surgery

はじめに

　乳癌に対する局所外科治療は，乳房部分切除および乳房全切除ともに根治性と整容性を求められる時代になっている。当院では2000年より，乳癌手術の創を短くすることを目的に内視鏡を用いた手術を行っている。本稿では，内視鏡を用いた乳癌・乳房再建術の基本的な手技，そして代表的な術式として一次ならび二次乳房エキスパンダー（以下，TE）挿入術について解説する。

　Local treatment for breast cancer is now expected to achieve positive outcomes both curatively and cosmetically. Since 2000, our hospital has been employing endoscopic breast surgery to minimize scarring, and our team routinely utilizes endoscopes in mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgeries. This article outlines the basic techniques of endoscopy-assisted tissue expander placement following nipple-sparing mastectomy/skin-sparing mastectomy (NSM/SSM). Endoscopy-assisted breast surgery offers numerous advantages for plastic surgeons, with easy dissection and an excellent surgical view. Endoscopic surgery stands as a crucial initial step towards the launch of robot-assisted surgery in the future.
