帝王切開瘢痕部に発生し，多房性嚢胞性腫瘤像を呈した子宮腺肉腫の1例

A case of uterine adenosarcoma presenting as a multilocular cystic tumor at a cesarean section scar

子宮腺肉腫は良性腺上皮と肉腫成分から構成される混合性腫瘍である。典型的には子宮底部に発生し，有茎性の大型ポリープ様隆起性病変を形成する。本症例では帝王切開瘢痕部の筋層内を主体に広がる多房性嚢胞性腫瘤像を呈し，極めてまれな発育形態を呈した。病理学的所見をふまえ，画像所見の特徴について検討し，報告する。

Uterine adenosarcoma is a mixed tumor composed of benign glandular epithelium and sarcomatous components. It typically occurs in the uterine fundus and forms a large, pedunculated, polypoid, elevated lesion. In our case, the tumor presented as a multilocular cystic mass that spread primarily within the muscle layer of the cesarean section scar, exhibiting an extremely rare growth pattern. Based on the pathological findings, we report the characteristics of the imaging findings.
