腎anastomosing hemangiomaの1例

A case of renal anastomosing hemangioma

anastomosing hemangiomaは2009年に初めて報告されたまれな良性腫瘍である^1）。全身の様々な臓器に発生しうるが，腎臓での発生例が比較的多く報告されている。2020年版WHO軟部組織腫瘍分類では血管性腫瘍の1つとして新たに収載されている。腎anastomosing hemangiomaは良性腫瘍ながら腎細胞癌や腎血管肉腫と画像所見・組織学的所見でそれぞれ類似することがあるため，これらとの鑑別が重要である。今回我々は，CT検査で偶発的に発見され，最終的に腎anastomosing hemangiomaと診断された1例を経験したので報告する。

We encountered a case of renal anastomosing hemangioma that was difficult to distinguish from renal cell carcinoma based on imaging findings. Although vascular tumors of the kidney are extremely rare, anastomosing hemangioma is a benign tumor that occurs in the kidney more frequently than in other organs. On contrast-enhanced CT and MRI, the tumor demonstrated a characteristic pattern of centripetal enhancement from the periphery to the center and marked high signal intensity like cysts on T2-weighted image. Recognizing this imaging features is important for the differential diagnosis of renal tumors.
