これまでに，高精度放射線治療を支える様々な技術が開発されてきた。その中でも，体表面画像誘導放射線治療（surface–guided radiotherapy：SGRT）は，患者の体表面をリアルタイムに監視することで，治療の精度を向上させる革新的な技術である。
Surface–guided radiotherapy（SGRT）with Varian’s IDENTIFY system has several advantages, including blue visible light, color map display, respiratory management, and handheld device. The IDENTIFY system provides high–precision surface recognition, enhancing deep inspiration breath hold （DIBH） treatment accuracy and markerless patient setup. This review article discusses technical overviews, features, clinical applications, challenges and prospects of SGRT using IDENTIFY system and reviews related literature.
