本稿では，放射線治療に関わる医師，診療放射線技師，看護師，医学物理士を対象として，体表面画像誘導放射線治療の1つであるAlignRT（VisionRT社）の利用方法とその特徴について詳述する。AlignRTは，放射線治療の精度を向上させるための重要なツールであり，効果的に利用するためには，原理や機能の理解と制限に対する対応が求められる。本稿を通じて，読者の皆様にAlignRTの有効性とその具体的な利用方法について理解を深めていただけるよう，当院での運用方法や工夫を交えながら解説する。

The clinical application of surface–guided radiotherapy（SGRT）systems is expanding in current radiotherapy, and more and more institutions are expected to use this system. This article provides a functional overview and discusses the clinical applications of AlignRT（VisionRT, Inc.）, one of the SGRT systems. Effective use of this system requires understanding of its principles and functions, as well as addressing its limitations. We will introduce the use of AlignRT at our institution, with a focus on breast cancer radiotherapy―a common application in many institutions―including treatment procedures, marker–less treatment, and setup tips.
