ExacTrac Dynamic^®（Brainlab社）は，従来のExacTrac^® systemに4D thermal cameraを兼ね備え，X線照合機能に体表面追跡機能を合わせもった革新的なモダリティである。この体表面追跡機能は，従来のExacTrac^®の主たる機能であったX線照合機能を用いなくとも，体表面情報のみを活用して治療精度の向上に用いることが可能である。

ExacTrac Dynamic^® is an innovative modality that combines 4D thermal camera（3D camera＋thermal camera）in the conventional ExacTrac^® System. 4D thermal camera, which recognizes body surface information, is a single unit, has a robustness in monitoring accuracy, and is comparable to other SGRT systems. X–ray monitoring can be linked to the surface monitoring, and the position change of the body surface can be quickly compared to the internal anatomy. Furthermore, surface monitoring is also an advantage in respiratory management, and can utilize complex information such as chest and abdomen. In this way, ExacTrac Dynamic^® has the advantages of SGRT and IGRT, contributing to improving treatment accuracy in various situations.
