CTにてすりガラス結節の形態を示した悪性黒色腫の多発肺転移の1例

A case with multiple lung metastases of malignant melanoma showing the morphology of ground-glass nodules

悪性黒色腫の肺転移は多くが充実型結節の形態をとる^1）との報告がある。今回我々はすりガラス結節の形態を示し，短期間で部分充実型結節に変化した悪性黒色腫の多発肺転移の1例を経験した。

We reported a rare case with multiple lung metastases of malignant melanoma showing the morphology of GGNs. This female patient was in her 50s. Chest CT showed two GGNs. Six months later, CT revealed enlargement and transformation to part-solid nodule. Subsequently, a partial thoracoscopic resection of right lower lobe of the lung was performed. Histopathologic specimens showed atypical melanin-containing cells in a focal and full-blown form and were diagnosed as metastasis of malignant melanoma. Lung metastases from malignant melanoma show occasionally GGNs on CT.
