心停止をきたした胸腺腫の1例

A case of complicated by polymyositis and myocarditis

胸腺腫は多様な病態を合併することが知られている。なかでも心筋炎を合併した場合は致死的になることがある。我々は胸腺腫に多発筋炎および心筋炎を合併し突然死をきたした症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。画像所見から心筋炎の合併も考えられる場合は臨床医へ早急な対応を促すことが必要と思われる。

Thymoma is known to be associated with a variety of pathological conditions. If myocarditis is considered to be associated on imaging findings, the clinician should take immediate action, because it may be fatal due to sudden arrhythmia. We report a case of thymoma complicated by polymyositis and myocarditis with unique MR characteristics.
