卵巣血管腫の1例

A case of hemangioma of ovary

卵巣に生じる血管腫は頻度が非常にまれで，画像所見の報告も少ない。今回，我々は左卵巣に生じた血管腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We report a case of hemangioma arising in the ovary. A woman in her 60 s visited our hospital with a complain of abdominal pain. T2-weighted MRI showed a high intensity 2 cm tumor containing a cyst on the left side of the pelvis. Dynamic contrast enhanced CT showed a marked and prolonged contrast effect. Although it is rare, ovarian hemangioma can be considered in the presence of hypervascular tumor in the pelvis.
