　74歳，男性。左側腹部痛を主訴に当科を受診した。入院時検査では，内分泌学的デー夕を含め異常はなかった。CTでは左腎上方に径14cmのlow densityなmassを認め，辺縁が不均一に造影された。動脈造影では腫瘍はhypovascularで，一部にpooling像を認めた。5月8日に経腹膜的腫瘍摘除術を施行した。腫瘍の大きさは15.5×13×5cm，重量は1,390gで，割面は黄褐色で凝血塊を含んでいた。病理組織診断は副腎海綿状血管腫であった。自験例は本邦45例目と思われた。

A 74-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with thecomplaint of left flank pain. A left retroperitoneal mass wasfound on ultrasonography.Computed tomography, magneticresonance imaging confirmed a round retroperitonealtumor, measuring 14cm in diameter, at the upper side ofthe left kidney. It was hypovascular on the angiogram. Theremoved tumor was 15.5×13×5cm in size and weighed1,390g. Histological diagnosis was adrenal cavernoushemangioma. Forty-four cases of adrenal hemangioma hasbeen reported in Japan.
