結核はいまだ我が国における主要感染症の一つであり，日常の読影においても肺や肺外の結核症を念頭に置く必要があると考えられる。今回，偶然発見された子宮結核症の1例を経験したため報告する。

Tuberculosis in the female reproductive system is rare, but it is still an important disease due to the relatively high prevalence of tuberculosis in Japan. We report a case of a woman in her 60s who was incidentally diagnosed to have tuberculosis of the myometrium. The lesion showed a solitary round mass in the myometrium in the uterine body, and it was difficult to distinguish from malignant neoplasm due to its high FDG uptake in PET/CT.
