Nuck管水腫もしくは鼠径ヘルニア発生が疑われた子宮内膜症由来鼠径部類内膜腺癌の1例

A case of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the inguinal region derived from endometriosis with suspected hydrocele of Nuck’s canal or inguinal hernia development

女性の鼠径部嚢胞状構造の鑑別の1つとして，鼠径ヘルニアの他，Nuck管水腫が挙げられる。成人Nuck管水腫はまれだが，子宮内膜症の合併が報告されている。今回我々は，Nuck管水腫もしくは鼠径ヘルニアに併発した子宮内膜症に由来する類内膜腺癌の可能性が挙げられる1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加え報告する。

Differential diagnoses of inguinal cystic lesion in adult patients include hydrocele of Nuck’s canal, because hydrocele of Nuck’s canal have been known as a complications of endometriosis. In this article, we describe a case of an endometrioid adenocarcinoma possibly derived from endometriosis associated with Nuck’s canal hydrocele or inguinal hernia, with a review of the literature.
