脳動脈瘤コイル塞栓術の合併症として，血栓塞栓症は最も頻度が高く，未破裂脳動脈瘤コイル塞栓術の合併症の半分以上を占める^1）。今回我々は，未破裂脳動脈瘤コイル塞栓術中に生じた血栓塞栓症に対して，ステント留置により閉塞血管を再開通させ，神経症状なく治療を完遂した症例を経験したので報告する。

During coil embolization for an unruptured aneurysm, the parent artery showed occlusion by thrombosis. Administration of antithrombotic drugs did not result in recanalization, so a stent was placed in the occluded vessel to restore blood flow with good clinical outcomes. Rescue stenting offers an effective option for thromboembolism that proves resistant to various pharmacotherapies.
