気腔の拡張を伴った結節性リンパ組織過形成の1例

A case of nodular lymphoid hyperplasia with dilated air space

結節性リンパ組織過形成（nodular lymphoid hyperplasia：NLH）は，良性局在型の反応性肺リンパ増殖性疾患と位置づけられる。近年，免疫組織学的，遺伝子学的解析の進歩や疾患概念の浸透に伴い，報告例が増加している。今回，画像上気腔の拡張を伴う腫瘤影を呈し，MALTリンパ腫との鑑別が問題となった，結節性リンパ組織過形成の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia（NLH）is defined as a benign localized reactive pulmonary lymphoproliferative disease. In recent years, the number of the case reports has increased for the methods of the immunobiological and genetic analysis are advancing, and disease concept become more popular. We report the experience of a case of NLH which showed a mass shadow with dilated air space and pathologically differentiated from MALT lymphoma.
