不整脈を合併した右上大静脈欠損型左上大静脈遺残の1例

A case of Isolated persistent left superior vena cava with symptoms of arrhythmia

右上大静脈欠損型左上大静脈遺残はたいへんまれな血管奇形であるが，その解剖学的構造から不整脈を合併しやすいことが知られており，またカテーテルやペースメーカーの留置経路も通常と異なるため認知していないと様々な合併症の原因となりうる。本症例では胸部X線で同奇形が確認され，不整脈の可能性とあわせレポートに記載すべきと思われた。若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

We report a left superior vena cava remnant of the right superior vena cava deficiency type. This malformation is known to be associated with arrhythmias due to its anatomy, and the placement of catheters and pacemakers is different from the usual route of implantation, which may cause various complications if not recognized. In this case, the same malformation was observed on chest radiographs and should be included in the report as well as the possibility of arrhythmia.
