結核性腹膜炎の診断にCTが有用であった1例

A case report of tuberculous peritonitis

結核性腹膜炎（tuberculous peritonitis：TP）は全結核の0.55％と非常にまれな疾患^1）である。今回発熱，腹痛と腹部膨満感を主訴に婦人科受診され，画像検査で本疾患を強く疑い腹腔鏡手術で確定診断し得た症例を経験したので報告する。

A 53-year-dd female patient with symptoms of abdominal pain, ascites, ovarian tumor, and fever was treated as bacterial peritonitis. But the treatment was ineffective. Further examination with Dynamic CT led to a diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis. Gynecologists performed laparoscopic surgery and diagnosed tuberculous peritonitis. So she could be received chemotherapy for tuberculous early. Now she has resumed normal activity.
