鑑別に苦慮した成人型顆粒膜細胞腫の1例

A case of entirely solid ovarian adult granulosa cell tumor（AGCT）

卵巣成人型顆粒膜細胞腫は典型的には一部血性の嚢胞成分および充実成分を伴う多房性嚢胞性腫瘤である。充実成分のみで構成され，鑑別に苦慮した成人型顆粒膜細胞腫の1例を経験し，文献的考察を加え報告する。

A woman in her 40s was admitted for the evaluation and treatment of her left ovarian tumor. The tumor was entirely solid without any detectable cystic parts which was shown as relatively low signal intensity on T2-weighted MR images（T2WI）. Pathologically, it was diagnosed as the ovarian adult granulosa cell tumor（AGCT）. Most of AGCTs shows solid mass with multilocular cysts which can contains hemorrhage. When we evaluate solid ovarian tumors with low signal intensity on T2WI, AGCT can be a differential diagnosis.
