縦隔に発生したspindle cell liposarcomaの1例

A case of mediastinal spindle cell liposarcoma

脂肪肉腫の縦隔発生は極めてまれであり，今回経験したspindle cell liposarcomaは脂肪肉腫の中でもまれな一亜型で，まとまった画像所見の報告はない。今回，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We present an extremely rare case of mediastinal spindle cell liposarcoma of a man in his 20s. Chest CT revealed that the heterogeneously enhanced large mass had a clear borderline and contained calcifications and a small amount of low-density area suggesting fat. The small area had a low signal in opposed-phase of MRI. Because it contained only a small amount of fat, spindle cell liposarcoma could not be listed in the differential diagnosis. We discussed the clinical and pathological features of this tumor and examined the imaging features.
