孤立性卵管捻転の2例

Two cases of isolated fallopian tube torsion

若年女性の急性腹症の原因として，産婦人科疾患は消化器疾患に次いで多く，骨盤内感染症，卵巣腫瘍茎捻転，卵巣出血の頻度が高いが，孤立性卵管捻転はまれである^1）2）。今回我々は，若年女性に発症した孤立性卵管捻転の2例を経験したので，その画像所見について考察する。

We report two cases of isolated fallopian tube torsion that was difficult to diagnose preoperatively. US imaging of both cases showed cystic tumor at Douglas’ pouch. CT demonstrated a cystic or enlarged luminal structure beside the normal ovary. Only one case received MRI and that showed tubal folds inside the enlarged luminal structure. We realize that multimodality diagnosis using US, CT and MRI is important and especially MRI is useful for diagnose isolated fallopian tube torsion.
