論文作成に関わる倫理，現在の問題点―研究・論文執筆に際しての留意すべきこと

Radiology Journalism for beginners

「Fellowship in Radiology Journalism」ということばをきいたことがあるだろうか？　簡単にいえば，放射線科領域における学会誌，医学誌の編集や出版に関することを学ぶフェーローシップである。AJRでは，1990年から自国人（米国人）に対してFigley fellowshipがスタートし，遅れて2008年に外国人を対象としたLee F. Rogers international fellowshipが開始され，2年おきに1人が選ばれている。またRSNAでも，William R. Eyler editorial fellowshipとレジデントなどの学習者が対象のRSNA editorial fellowship for traineesがある。医学出版や編集に関して体系的に勉強する機会のない我が国において，若輩時にFigley fellowshipの存在を教えてもらったときから将来参加する機会がないものかと考えていたが，2012年に運良く前述のRogers fellowshipに参加することができた。その4週間のトレーニングと，その後のAJRの編集委員の末席に加えていただいた経験，さらには現在多くの我が国の放射線科関係の雑誌編集にかかわる立場となり，これらの経験を元として，以下に医学編集の諸問題の一部を紹介させていただいた。

This manuscript covers authorship, plagiarism, self-plagiarism, plagiarism of figures, and impact Factor. The author is focusing on the Importance of ICMJE Recommendations about authorship and plagiarism and is explaining the definition of Impact Factor and its effects on Medical Journalism.
