再発を繰り返す脊髄硬膜内血管周皮腫に対し放射線治療が有効であった1例

Efficacy of RT for Intradural Hemangiopericytomas repeated recurrence：a case report

血管周皮腫は，1942年にStoutらによって初めて報告された血管周囲の細胞からなる，まれな間葉系細胞腫瘍である。本腫瘍は，血管に富み，急速に増大する特徴がある。中枢神経系に発生した場合では，肺や骨などの頭蓋外への転移も報告されている悪性腫瘍である。血管周皮腫は，頭蓋内原発腫瘍の1％の頻度で発生する。脊椎・脊髄における血管周皮腫の報告において，多くは脊椎を含む硬膜外発生例であり，硬膜内血管周皮腫の報告は少ない。

Patient is 57 years old women. She had numbness of the lower limbs in 2006. Although she has an operation, she has a recurrence in the Th7 level of spine. She has a reoperation. We provided Radiation therapy（50 Gy/25 fr）in IMRT to a residual tumour. Then the recurrences repeated 4 times in other sites and we provided radiation therapy every time. We had reduction of tumors and adverse events of grade 1＜in every radiation therapies.
