非典型的MRI所見を呈した卵巣嚢胞腺線維腫の1例

A case of ovarian cystadenofibroma with atypical presentation on MR imaging

卵巣嚢胞腺線維腫はまれな良性上皮性腫瘍であり，充実性成分を伴う嚢胞性腫瘍性病変として悪性腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる卵巣腫瘍の1つである。MRIにおいて非典型的所見を示した卵巣嚢胞腺線維腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

We present a case of ovarian cystadenofibroma（known as a rare ovarian benign tumor）with atypical presentation on MR imaging. A 37-year-moman（G0P0）presented with ovarian cyst. Pelvic MR imaging revealed ovarian cystic mass with solid component with exophytic and endophytic protrusion and decrease in ADC and increase in signal intensity on diffusion-weighted image. Such MR findings could not exclude possibility of ovarian malignancy in pre-surgical evaluation.
