膵リンパ上皮嚢胞の1例―CT，MRIおよび腫瘍マーカーの有用性

A case of lymphoepithelial cyst of pancreas：usefulness of CT, MRI, tumor marker

膵リンパ上皮嚢胞（lymphoepithelial cyst：LEC）は膵嚢胞性病変全体の0.5％程度とされるまれな疾患である^1）。良性ではあるが腫瘍マーカーが上昇することがあり，悪性疾患との鑑別に難渋することがある。その一方で，典型的な画像所見に着目することで，腫瘍マーカーの上昇が逆に正確な診断への手がかりとなることもある。今回我々は典型的な画像所見を呈し，腫瘍マーカーの上昇を伴ったLECの症例を経験した。文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Lymphoepithelial cyst（LEC）of pancreas is a rare benign cystic tumor. The cyst is lined by mature keratinizing squamous epithelium, surrounded by lymphoid tissue with follicles. It is important but often difficult to differentiate from other malignant pancreatic neoplasms. We demonstrate a patient with LEC of pancreas together with a review of the literature.
