は じ め に
当院では母指手根中手（CM）関節症に対して，2016年より透視下にエアトームを用いての大菱形骨部分切除およびMini TightRope（Arthrex社）によるsuspensionplasty法（Mini Tight Rope CMC Fixation：MTCF）を行っているので，本稿ではその術式と治療成績について報告する．
