鈍的頚椎損傷に合併する椎骨動脈損傷（VAI）はまれな病態であるが，発見されず適切に対処されない場合，脳梗塞を引き起こすリスクが高まる1～4）．
われわれは，陳旧性頚椎脱臼の整復固定術後に小脳梗塞を発症した症例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
